Can any one help me? I am in the process of fighting Medical Mutual of Ohio concerning denial of my surgery. I have read posts in the past where members have mentioned the name of a lawyer who speciaslizes in these cases. I have already retained a lawyer, and she would like to make contact with another professional concerning this type of case. Any information that could be shared would be greatly appreciated! Elizabeth Have you talked to Inamed, maker of the band? They have staff who will work on getting your request approved. Give them a call and see what they can do before you get a lawyer. Sandy
