I HAVE A DATE!!!!!!!!!

I come to this board all the time to learn all I can about WLS. It seems that this has been a long road with many bumps to get where I am today. Actually I had almost given up a couple of times and I need you to know that by reading the different posts and responses has been a big part in me not letting go of my dream. I am so exited and nervous at the same time. But, what a wonderful feeling to know that there are so many people on this site that truly care. Thank you all!!!!! Hi Sherry!!!!!! Congrats on your date!!!!!!!! We will all be pulling for you. Good luck!!!!! I know what you mean about being ready to give up. I've actually had a very easy time of it for the most part, but you get scared and frustrated from time to time. That's when this board helps the most. Almost everyone is so kind and supportive. It's nice to know that they went through the same things, and are willing to lend a helping hand, a freindly smile and gentle encouragement when needed. You will probably be going home from your surgery when I have mine on the 31st, so we will have to keep each others spirits up in the upcoming months of "peewees big adventure" (what my husband calls this so far LOL he's a bit dorky) Take care hon and again good luck. barb kidd
