????QUESTION???
My first BIG exercise event happened last night! Whoohoo!!! I think I have turned a corner as far as the pain in my left side is concerned. It is still tender, but much improved. Yesterday was my one month WLS anniversary. After dinner I convinced my husband to drive over to the YMCA and go swimming. They had open swim from 7:30 until 10 pm. We swam for an hour. I personally, spent 1/2 hour swimming laps. Water exercise is my favorite because I HATE sweating. Today I am really tired and sore, but it feels great to know that I pushed myself to exercise continuously for that length of time. We only stayed an hour. Anymore would have wiped me out for a week!!!! I have been walking, but I really wanted to get into a routine with my family. I plan to try to drag them to the pool at least an hour a week and next time there are sign ups I plan to rejoin the aqua conditioning class.
So how about you?....What are YOU doing to keep fit????
I would love to hear from you and get some ideas...
Hugs,
Jaimee

About a month ago, I joined the Worthington rec center. I'm with you, I love swimming! But I've also been using their treadmills and weight equipment. I'm trying to get over there 3 times a week. Starting next week, when my daughter goes back to school, I'm going to try going in the morning on my way to work. We'll see about that.......
