Anyone with Cigna HMO

Things are going very well so far. I am just worried now that I will be denied by my insurance because my PCP forgot something. With Cigna you have to do a 6 month supervised diet. I am just wondering if I need to be seeing a dietician as well as weighins with my PCP. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks... Julie
