How many of you had/have a cap on the amount that your policy will pay out for gastric bypass? Does it include related expenses, such as complications?

Ohio Medicaid will pay for all costs associated with surgery, however they do not pay the surgeons fee. Some Dr's will try to make the patient pay that, others just forgetaboutit and those Surgeons are truly Angels here on earth.
