reversal question for Dr. Curry

Dr. Curry, Do you perform the reversal surgery for RNY? I'm post op three months and have had nothing but terrible trouble. I've been hospitalized five times for dehydration and low potassium. I lost my job due to my inability to work. I can't even take a bath unassisted. I had my surgery at the VA Medical center in Huntington and they do not perform the reversal. I have insurance and the reversal is covered with no pre authorization needed. Do you know of any surgeons who perform this? Thanks

T H, This is a difficult question to answer... The obvious one is, why are you having trouble, and can the problem be fixed without reversal? The short answer from me is, I have the knowledge and ability to do reversals, but I have never done one as the need has not yet arisen.
