I need to write a letter to my insurance company describing the reason I need this surgery. I know lots of you have been very successful getting this approved. Does anyone have a sample letter or any tips??

I just got approved after my first denial and I had to write a letter also. I have it but not in email form. Do you have access to a fax or an address i can send it too???? What insurance company are you dealing with???? Let me know and I will help you
