Info Session Reminder
Hi guys! 
Just a quick reminder that there will be an info session Thursday 10/14/04 6:00pm, at the Grove City YMCA, for Bariatric Surgery from the Ohio State University. I have more info if you are interested, just email me and I can send you the flyer, or call Shannon Surber, Program Director at 614-293-2888 option #3. It is titled "Is Weight Loss Surgery for Me". There will be a surgeon, the program director, a nutritionist, and myself at the Grove City session. There are others planned at other area YMCA's.

Hi Valerie,
I'm definitely going to be there. I bringing three friends with me for support. I finally know what my insurance coverage will be for next year so I'm actually moving forward with my decision to have WLS. I look forward to meeting you and I'll definitely come up and introduce myself.
