I am just wondering. I talked with a lady at Ohio State Hospital where one of the surgeons I wasrecommended works at and she said they have trouble getting nationwide to approve sometimes. So I was just wondering if anyone had the same carrier that I do and had a good experience.

Sadly there arent any listings for nationwide but it was worth a shot.
