Chillicothe Wanna Swim Tonight for Exercise??

Tonight our official Obesity Help Support Group is going swimming at the YMCA in Chillicothe Ohio @ 7:00 for exercise. I also plan to hit curves before hand if I can get out of work on time. We will see. If anyone is interested in joining us for fun and exercise and moral support, feel free. No need to be a member, we are always wanting more friends. Cheryl
