congratulations vicki i've read your profile and all that and have seen what a time you have had getting to this point and i think it's wonderful i hope all goes great for you and wish you the best of luck i think i will try to get an appt with dr.c myself if you could what requirements does he have in order to consider you for surgery ? such as any supervised diets for a length of time or anything like that ? just curious congrats

Thanks Tommie! You will have to call Dr. C's office on that info. I began with my PCP, and got approval through his office. Each insurance company requires a little bit of difference in what they want to see before approval. So there is really no set in stone rules Dr. C requires. He just wants us in the healthiest place we can be at pre-op so we can deal with the trauma of surgery.

This means I get my 1st one on one with Dr. C, since I was approved through my PCP, Dr. C and I haven't had the initial visit. I hope I leave there on the 2nd with a date.. well I know I will with Erin for sure..and her *TEST* probably schedule pre-op tests also.. and maybe.. just maybe for surgery date too! From here on out it will be just dates for whatever comes next... leading up to a surgery date! Anyways it just means I get my 1 on 1 now.
