Even though the package might say no sugar added, some foods have got natural sugar in them. Look at your nutrition label and it should say how many grams of sugar per portion size, Or it will have a zero for the grams. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Lisa

Hey Cindy, Erin here you might try the diluted juice or the diluted gatorade. You will feel kinda sluggish b/c you aren't really getting that much fuel in your body. The amount of sugar/carb in those two liquids may give you a boost, but make sure you dilute them! Erin

OK Cindy On the main message board someone answered my post and said their Doctor told them that 3g or less in sugar is ok, and up to 15g if it is natural sugar, like fruit juice. I think you should be fine. Enjoy your popcicle. Let me know how it turns out. Lisa

I get sick from sugar alcohol also. It may say no sugar added but have sugar alcohol.

Doesn't your doctor have you on liquids still. I was on liquids for almost 2 weeks and then soft food for 4 before I even went to real food. Make sure you get your liquids in first at this point.
