Thanks Jack. I have been researching it too. Didn't know you have Lymphedema. How are you doing? I don't know that I have it but I am trying to prevent it. PJ

Yu need to get checked by a vascular surgeon. I use Dr Cranley in Cincinnati. They can get you on compression hose early if need be. I am OK. No bleeding feeling good and accroding to stats I am at goal. I would like to lose 2o more but I am ok with it.
