3 day til im on the losing side

Pattie, Just wanted to let you know I am available if you want to email! I am about 10 months post-op and don't have any regrets at all. The first 6 weeks will be uncomfortable but remember to drink, drink, drink and walk, walk, walk!!! Congratulations on the fact you will very soon become a LOSER! Karen

Hiya Pattie, That is my first name too. Congratulations on you surgery. I know the excitement you must be feeling. I feel it for you. I don't have my date yet but will soon. Are you having open or lap? Take care and don't do too much too soon. Don't get discouraged early on about weight loss because it is not uncommon to gain due to the fluids administered during surgery. I wish you all the best with your journey. Dear Pattie, I too am having my surgery Thursday morning. I will be thinking about you. Mine is with Dr. Maguire at Kettering in Dayton. I am so excited - I can't wait...didn't think this would ever happen. Donna
