Hello, I am New

Hi everyone! I am from Franklin, Ohio and have my first appt with a WISH Center surgeon this coming Thursday, June 17. I have an array of emotions with all of this but most of all, am excited to start a new life. I have wonderful, very supportive husband who is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Anyone else from my area of the state? Jill

Hi Jill, I'm in Centerville...I am new here too. I can't even get scheduled for my initial information session until early august...I know it is only 6 weeks away, but geesh...I'm impatient by nature... That is with Dr's Maguire and Hadley. I've called a few other places, but I'm still waiting for calls from them even... Hey Jill, Welcome!!!!!! Guess what I live in FRANKLIN ALSO!!!!!! I'm almost 7 months post op. and about 25 lb away from goal. I had Dr.Hadley in Kettering do my open RNY. That is so cool that you live in Franklin as well. I am going to the WISH Center in Springboro and to Middletown Hospital for my surgery. It will be nice to know someone local who has been through this in case I have questions! Thanks for the Welcome!

Thanks for all of the replys! I work in Hamilton so am near Trenton all of the time! We should start a local support group here in the area!
