4 weeks post-op
Just wanted to say 
to everyone. Hope all is well. I just wanted to update everyone on how I am doing. I really feel GREAT 
physically. I still have days where I feel like I do not have all my strength but for the most part I have more good days than bad days. As of today I'm four week post-op and 30 pounds lighter
. I feel that I did really well these past four weeks. I'm still working on getting all my protein and water in everyday but each day thing are getting better and better for me.
