Help! Need info on new insurance!

I just changed to a new insurance because my husband changed jobs and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if they have dealt with them and if they were succussful. My new insurance is Toledo Electrical Welfare fund. Any thing that you could tell me about it would be appreciated. I just talked to Dr. Kligman's office and Christie said that it could go either way, but she did'nt say much more than that. Please give me any info that you might have. Thank you! Melinda
