Psyc Consultation

I need to locate a psyciatrist/psychologist to do a consultation and fill out paperwork for Barix clinic. I have contacted several psyc's in the area and get the answer that they do not agree with WLS or they do not do those screenings. I live in the Indian lake area, but know Columbus & Marysville quite well. ~Thanks!!

Hello; There is a small psychology office in Columbus called "Have Faith Christian Counseling" they do the psych. eval exactly the way it should be done, and seem to get people in pretty quick...
