Hello, I know that I'm responding a couple of days late, however. The most important factor in all of this is what will the insurance cover. After researching what and who they will cover start calling around and making appointments to meet with the doctors. Don't get discouraged in the process. You are not trying to buy a house. This is your health and you have already taken the first step in adding years back to it. Take everyone's advice into consideration, but remember this: Chew up the meat and spit out the bone.
