Walgreens Protien Supplements!

Hey Guys! Went to the nutritionist yesterday and she informed me of something really cool. Walgreens is carrying a new protien supplement and vitamins for WLS post-op. OPTISOURCE They are kinda pricey as far as I can tell, but they are alot smaller in size with the same # of protien as Boost, ect. Which would be alot easier to drink. If you can't find them in the store, they are on Walgreens.com. If anyone has tried them, please post. I have not yet purchaced them.

Hello I'm Erin the Dietitian! There is also a different supplement you can purchase by going to optimumnutrition.com. It's called Any Whey and it has 17 gms protein per scoop and 1 gm of Carb per scoop and it's unflavored. The brand you were speaking of also has a small sized protein bar also!
