Has anyone have Dr. Stellato as their surgeon?

Has anyone recently had Dr. Stellato as their surgeon? I ve been to my 1st appt. and 1 support meeting and also have a psch eval set. He seems very capable. I just would like to know what to expect?

Hi John I just did some insurance research on Dr. Stellato for a friend of mine. She's lookin' to have surgery sometime this summer. I've heard GREAT things about him, but he has a long waiting list due to the fact that he takes just about every insurance out there. Tammara Faye

Hi John, My PCP suggested him right off the bat. Said he'd had other patients of his who'd gone to Dr. Stellato and all had done great! He was on NBC news a couple of weeks back. He is known for being the surgeon who "fixes" other WLS surgeons mistakes. Seemed pretty popular. Good luck to a fellow Geaugan!! LOL! Pamela
