Getting scared about approval before MMOH pulls the plug

Hi guys, I am playing the waiting game with Medical Mutual of Ohio. I received a letter last week that they "needed more clinical weight history" and they couldn't see the photos my dr's office faxed over to them. I sent photos via certified/return receipt mail, and have faxed them more in depth weight loss history twice now this week. (They say they never receive it!) My dilemma...are they gonna drag their feet until July 1st when the surgery is no longer covered? Yes, I'm sure they will. Any suggestions as to what I might be able to do besides call each day and check on the status???? Pam

Ask if you can FED EX them. You will have a persons name that signed for them on file. Or can you hand deliver them? If so have them sign a reciept in your presence. You can also contact www.obesitylaw.com see if they can give you any guidance. GOOD LUCK!
