Carol I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It's hard because you know he is free from pain and in a better place, but you mourn the fact that he is not there with you. For me it seemed the end of my dreams and plans. It's been two years but I am beginning to realize that you have to go on. First he would want that and second-life continues and you have to adjust to a different kind of life. Know that my prayers are with you and fee free to emial me if you "just need to talk" to someone who isn't in the family giving advice. I know they mean well but I found that talking to others was my best ally.
