Sorry for the delayed response, my dominant hand is in a cast!
Sounds like you need some further testing. An upper GI and CT scan at a minimum. Could be a retained stone in the bile duct, hernia, adhesions, etc. Could be a one-time thing, hard to know. Wish I could be more specific!
