Starting Diet Classes

Hi all I will be starting the diet classes at OSU on May 13. Just another milestone. It will give me something to do while I am awaiting insurance approval. Hopefully, I'll get approved fast and get an appointment with the surgeon. I am looking forward to getting this surgery and of course I am anxious to get moving. Sandy

Hey there Sandra! Are you taking the LEARN class? I finished that class up several weeks ago...the teacher was Bev Maselli. It was a VERY informative class that really helped each student get to the root of WHY we eat. Definitely an eye opening experience! After finishing the class, I took the pre-op 4 week class and now I am waiting to meet with my surgeon (Dr. Muscarella) on May 12th. I am soooooooooooo excited! Woohoo!
