WLS Facts?

Hey all, I wanted to have an info sheet on weight loss surgery to give to my dr. on friday. And for some reason I can not find any website that has general facts about it. This site has helped me, but im looking for something blunt that can help my doctor better understand the surgery. If anyone has a fact sheet that then can send me or a dot com it would be great.
