Anthem - Blue Access - and the DS

Anyone have success with this company approving the DS? Any specific stuff needed by this company that you know of? I have searched the insurance section and found 1 person recently approved with no problems with this company however I'm in search for more to put my mind at ease. My situation, I currently have Independence Blue Cross out of PA. I have been denied first and for my first appeal. However my husband just started a new job and his insurance available to him will be Anthem Blue Access out of OH.
