Hey i am currently considering having WLS and I know that with all weight loss women loss some 'up there' and I was wondering exactly how drastic is the loss up there?

Faith, I think it will depend on what you have to begin with. I was a D cup before surgery and now only down to a C. Heredity probably plays a part, as well as muscle structure underlying the breast tissue.
