Do you eat Skyline Chili(Plain)??

Hi, I am 2 months out, and am craving Skyline Chili(plain) with cheese, and I know this would be high in protein, so I thought I would check to see if anyone is able to eat Skyline and if it's ok after having this surgery. All responses are appreciated! Take care, Rhonda Carter -37 lbs

I don't eat the 3 ways but I love the plain chili. You can always add the beans for more protein but I think it would be a good treat. Use mthe cheese and just sip it.

Thanks for replying. I know I had heard many people say they eat Wendys chili, so that's what got me to wondering about Skyline Chili, it's soooo good! So I'm glad to find out it's ok. Congrats on your weight loss success! Rhonda

Once in a great while, the Skyline craving hits. I can eat almost all of a small 3-Way. Give it a try! Sue

I must be honest, Skyline is one of the only fast food type foods I have been able to eat since my surgery. I usually cannot do a three way because the pasta fills me up too fast. But I can do a plain chili with cheese and if I eat it slowly, I can add a few crackers. Now those who have trouble with high fats may have a problem. Even homemade chili (with beans and ground turkey) has been a staple for me in the year since my surgery. Jackie Campbell -100 lbs.
