How long is the waiting list for OSU and Dr Needleman?
Hello I was wondering if anyone has an idea how long the waiting list is for the consultation and then about how long after that do you get a surgery date. I am just curious. I am waiting for insurance approval and my consultation. Just wanting to estimate how long before surgery.????

Hello, I also have MMO. I went through a doctor in Kettering and here's the time line I went through.
Info session 9/13/03
Paper work sent off to MMO 9/22/03
Entered into MMO 9/24/03
Went into review 10/1/03
APPROVED 10/10/03
Dr. recieved letter 10/22/03
Concultation with Dr. 11/4/03
Pre op Testing 11/7/03
In the OR 11/17/03
Each doctor is different, you might want to call the office and see how far off they are scheduling.

Call Needleman's office and ask what his schedule is like. I know with Dr. Cook I was told it would be 4-6 weeks after my consult but the day of the consult I was scheduled for surgery 2 weeks later! Sorry to say I've heard Needleman has a longer wait. But I know it's nice to know what it is instead of having so much anticipation and anxiety. Did you see Barb for your nutrition classes?

i went to dr. hadley in kettering. it took only 21 days for my approval, but i waited 43 days for my surgery. she has a long waiting list. i have anthem and they have been wonderfull.
