Ins. Authorization Medical Mutual

I just called Med. Mutual to check the status of my pre-cert. They have written to my PCP regarding my use of Redux and Meridia. Any idea what this might mean? Thanks! Jen

I had to have an ECHO because I was on Redux. They scheduled it before they sent in my pre-cert. I have MMOH too.

I also have Med. Mutual and have used both Redux and Meridia. They were not an issue and I was approved almost immediately once all of the required information was provided to them. Hope your experience will be the same. Good luck.
