My Humana PPO (Cincinnati,OH) Has an Exclusion in My Policy

I started my journey about 4 weeks ago. I first went to the required meeting. After that, I contacted my insurance company and found to my utter disbelief that there is an exclusion in our policy for any type of WLS/Treatment. I am so bummed. Obviously I had no idea. Is there anything I do in this type of situation (besides pay out of pocket-which we cannot afford)?
