I'm so excited!!!!

I'm so excited, my family doctor agreed that I need to have this surgery... I was so afraid she wouldn't agree..she's very conservative. Now I'm really nervous that insurance won't approve the surgery. I have a BMI of 47.5 but I have not had a BMI over 40 for the past 5 years... she looked up my 5 year weight history and in 2000 I went on the atkins diet and lost a lot of weight...I weighed 160 I'm so afraid that is going to ruin everything. Although I gained it all back plus about 80 extra. I have medical mutual/ ohio carpenters. Do you think I'll be ok. I have asthma and joint pain. Thanks Amy
