HI Everyone,
I have only just found this site and if I do say so am so impressed with everything I have seen or read so far. 
I went to the before and after photo section and literaly broke out in tears for the success I have seen so far with the surgery.
Of course I know there are the "good & bads" of the surgery, as I have read quite of few of member profiles. I have been desiring to have the surgery for a couple of years now, but have put it off for one reason or another. Now it may be too late as my husband's company recently changed insurance and his "WORKPLACE", not the insurance company has put a lot of "conditions" to be met before they will even consider taking your application for surgery.
Does anyone have Health Design Plus insurance? If so may I inquire as to how much you had for out of pocket exspenses? Any problems with them that I should know about? Any help with this would be wonderful.
The main reason I am here looking for help and support is because I have finally hit bottom with my weight. Being 330 is something I never would have seen myself at. Of course I have been big my entire life, (11 years old my grandma had me into weigh****chers!), but I never thought I would be this size. I go to buy clothes and nothing fits, so I start crying right there in the store, making my husband embarased to the point that he walks out and leaves me hanging.
Even though he is encouraging about the surgery he has his doubts about me being "skinny". Mainly thinking that I will no longer want or need him. Anyone else have these issues with their loved ones?
Could anyone recommend a Doctor in the Columbus area? I would love to hear about your experiances through the process as well. Good or bad, as I have alot of health problems due to being obese. That is one of my main goals for having the surgery. To help myself!
