Polyps on gallbladder

Hello all,My last post I was complaining about pain on my right lower side.Last Tuesday I had a altra sound done there and they found I have polyps in my gallbladder,Not sure what all that means,But do know it hurts like heck.Is gallbladder polyps the same thing as polyps on the colons?If any body know will you explain it to me?I have a appointment with a surgeon March 2nd for it.Thank you...
