Looking for doctor in Ohio that does revisions

Help! Am looking for a doctor in Ohio that does revisions. Had my originial surgery in april 1994 but have since put back on about 100 lbs. Am very upset and unhappy with myself for letting this happen but want to get back on the right track. If any one out there can help me, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks
