I went to Walmart today and got the 500 mcg Sublingual Micro-Lozenges. The pharmacist was clueless as to when I should take them because of WLS and how well its absorbed. I take my multi-vitamin, birth control pill, and Wellbutrin every morning around 8. I take the Wellbutrin again before bed. Should I take the B-12 at bedtime too? If I take it in the morning will it be absorbed as well because of the multi-vitamin? Thanks!

I got them at Walmart. They came in a few different brands and quantities. The one I got is Rexall Sublingual B-12, 500 mcg. There are 200 in the bottle. The bottle is brown with a cream colored label and the lid is gold. It was only $3.96. They are small red lozenges. They have a cherry taste, so you won't gag on them, lol. The directions say to take 1 microlozenge daily. Place tablet under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Hope that helped!!! ~Jessi
