Help for Brian

Hi all, Just got back into Cincinnati from Texas this week, feels great to be home but I am missing the warm weather As usual, I need some ideas if possible. A dear friend of mine is in serious need of this surgery, he is 5'11'' and at 470#, he is diabetic among other things, and has recently become disabled, he is currently fighting for disability, and is praying for some sort of state medical aid due to his health. I hadnt seen him since last July, and when I saw him Friday, we talked a long time about his situation and need for this surgery.......when I left, I cried, you see, I am terrified that if something isnt done asap. he will die, he is that bad off. I am afraid that we will lose him before he can get the disability and everything settled. does anyone know of any private organizations or ways to get help to push forward with this? Or has anyone been in a similar situation that could guide us on any type of help? I know I am probly grasping straws here, and please by all means do not take this post as a scheme looking for money because it is not, I am just so afraid, he is only 40 years old, one of the best people with the biggest heart that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and I am desperately trying to help him save his life.
