Anthem BC/BC Blue Preferred...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all. Please help Anyone have this insurance out there? I have the pos product plan code 134. If ANYONE has this and can tell me their experience, I will GREATLY appreciate it. How long did it take to be approved? I have called them everyday, because I had several people telling me 24 hours and that is not the case with me. Any ideas will be helpful!

Steph I have BCBS PPO but I am in the federal employees plan. I don't know what the pos product plan code is. It took about 3 or 4 weeks before I found out I was approved though. I doubt if BCBS can make any decision in only 24 hrs! Good Luck to you! Mindy
