Plastic surgery after WLS

Just curious. I was wondering how WLS patients skin has contracted after WLS. I am around 270ish give or take and will be having wls soon. How well did the skin shrink after WLS? I see before and after pics of many and is curious of how many people ACTUALLY had tummy tucks, etc., afterwards. Please tell your experience.
