Does anyone get replies from Dr. Martin???

Now is it just me, or does the head nurse, Anne, at Dr. Martin's office not return calls. It's driving me crazy because I don't know whether or not they have all my paperwork. They should, but who knows, since the never, ever return my calls! I understand that they're busy, but man... You're supposed to send all your info at once, but some doctors wouldn't give me the referrals directly, they would only mail them directly to the surgeon...and we all know how doctors can get sidetracked. It's taken me forever to get it all done, and now, I don't even know what's going on! I hate not having any control over this!!! Please pray that it's all going to be okay!

I don't know about the Dr's office not returning calls. I've never dealt with that office. I have a problem with some of my doctor's offices not returning calls. When this happens, I show up in person to get the info that I need. Usually, when you show up in person, they will answer you directly. Good Luck! Stacy Scholl

Dr. Martin did my suregery in November 2003. The office does not return calls (about paperwork) in a timrly manner. Once you have been approved and have a date scheduled, Anne will actually tell you that unless it is a emergency situation, please allow at least 24 hours for her to return your call about issues that you may be experiencing. I had a number of issues with paperwork and the insurance company sending stuff to Dr. Martin's old office. Your best bet is to tell whoever takes yor message that you have left X number of messages and that you are trying to find out where you are beacuse you have to plan for work, or shcool, or whatever. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM YOU ARE. I WAS GETTING TIRED OF CALLING AND NEVER GETTING MY CALLS RETURNED OR THE MAIL BOX FULL.SO I SWITCHED DOCTORS AND I HAVE NOT HAD THAT PROBLEM.
