QUAL CHOICE INS??

DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS INS.,CO AND IF SO WHAT DO THEY WANT FROM YOU AND SURGEON? ALSO HOW LONG IS THE WAIT TIME FOR AN ANSWER? THANKS FOR ANY HELP. DEBBIE

Debbie, I have it and am going to Dr. Stellato at UHHS. They require a phycs evaluation and letters form your pcp with 5 years weight and docoutmented weight loss attempts. I am in the prosses of the phyc eval. I saw Dr already and he made me go to a sleep clinic too. I am lucky i dont have diabetic or high blood pressure yet and dont want to get it. Hope this helps.
