Congratulations to both of you ladies on your surgery date! I go for pre-op on Jan 7 and surgery within a few days (hopefully the same day as you). I can and do understand every feeling and thought you have because I am at the same exact point both of you are at right now. Scared, nervous and thrilled to say the least. I know this is the time I should quit smoking as well, but if I give up that last vice right now I think I'd go bonkers. Thank God I have a wonderful supportive family and an older sister who just had WLS in Oct. (yipee - I get all her clothes as she loses). I wish you both the very best of luck and love with your surgeries. Janis
