looking for a plastic surgen in ohio

can any one help me i had weight loss surgery 3 years ago i have major skin to be removed form all over my body i have state medical and medicare part a and b cant find a surgen to help me i am in so much pain everyday due to rashes infections back pain leg pain numbess of ankles and hands i have no finacial resources for this surgery because i need so much done i went from 400 lbs to 150 i am 5'3" and i need help bad any in formation will be help full please respond to this any info i can get is great i have been to over 20 surgeons in 2 different states and no one will take me because i have no money but this is medically nessasery sometimes i feel i was better off dyeing form the weight because the skin is just as bad thank you all agin my e mail address is [email protected] please please help if you can
