Getting approval from united health care or JF Malloy with a written exclusion

I am having such a hard time getting approved by my insurance. I have been denied twice by united health care and once by Jf Malloy. I have a written exclusion on both policies. I work for the Prosecuting Attorney in Fayette Co. I am a victim advocate and payed through the county through grants from federal money. County Commissioners won't change the policy. I am so fustrated and grasping at straws can anyone give me some guidance on what to do? How do I make the insurance companies approve this?

Written exclusions are hard o overcome and I am being honest here. I really think the next step is a class action lawsuit but you have to find more people to join in. As an advocate you have a better inkling how the system works. Good Luck to you.
