Start-up/Organizational Meeting: BARIATRIC SURGERY SUPPORT GROUP

Del Ray Fox is a former bariatric surgery patient who is helping to organize this support group and working in collaboration with Health Ministries of North Central Ohio. It is designed for those who have had or are considering weight loss surgery. Start-up/Organizational Meeting THURSDAY, JANUARY 22, 2004 7:30 p.m. MERCY HOSPITAL OF TIFFIN GROUND B CONFERENCE ROOM 485 W. MARKET ST., TIFFIN Enter through the main west-side entrance. Take the elevator to ground floor and follow the hallway to your right. Turn right where the hallway ends. Ground B is on the left near the end of that hallway. The purpose of this support group is to provide comfort, support during the weight loss process, surgery recovery period, and the ongoing lifestyle changes. We will share healthy recipes and provide educational speakers to address concerns or specific interests of members of the group.
