Nutrition services and psyche eval???

I have an appointment with my bariatric surgeon, but not until April of 2004. To expedite this process, I would like to get my nutrition service counseling and psyche eval done before this appointment(even if it is at my own expense). Can anyone give me names and/or places for the nutrition counseling and psychiatrist/psychologist in the Columbus/Delaware Ohio area? Thanks to all in advance

Hi Beverly, OSU has a great nutrition class especially designed for WLS interested people. There is also a geat psychologist here in Columbus: Dr. Guy Melvin on Main Street in Bexley. I don't know the exact address, but that's who I used for my psych eval.
