Approval does from nurse to physician consultant

I called Medical Mutual for my daily check on insurance approval and was told that the nurse who usually makes the decisions has sent my paperwork on to a physician consultant. I'm trying to figure out if this is good news or bad news. Anybody have any ideas?

This is a GREAT thing!!!!!!!! This is the last step in approval. The nurse has given her ok and she has to get it approved by the doctor. Keep calling because I got my verbal phone approval 10 days before the letter arrived to either me or the surgons offoce. Good Luck, Robin
