weight halted???
Greg, you are probably doing fine. Sometimes your body says, "Whoa, wait just a minute here - I don't want to lose all my lovely fat.", especially in the beginning when the weight is falling off pretty rapidly. You may stop for a short time and then start losing again; that's normal for many people. Some lose continuously, some in "fits and starts". Now, I'm on a real plateau - I'm a year out and haven't lost anything significant since May! (I have been building muscle since the beginning of August when I started doing a weight circuit at a local fitness center, in additional to walking an hour nearly every day, so maybe muscle is replacing some of the fat. At least I hope so!) Just keep doing what you are supposed to, and the weight will come off.
