Cheap surgerons in Ohio

I haven't even been denied by my insurance yet, and everything is looking positive, so I probably shouldn't even be worrying, but of course I am..and I was wondering if anyone could help answer my question. My insurance already makes you go to whatever dr. they say you can go to, b/c in the beginning, my pcp wanted me to see dr. alexander at uc and I couldn't, so we accomodated and I found a very nice surgeon in dayton, who probably already is cheaper, but I was wondering if there was such a thing as cheaper surgery's? If so...where are they? Not that I need to worry about this yet...I just thought I'd ask...thanks everyone!!
